SoftRevision is a rehabilitation software designed for post-stroke patients that utilizes virtual reality technology. It aims to provide personalized diagnostic and rehabilitation training to enhance recovery and promote independent mobility, addressing the limitations of current rehabilitation methods.
Stroke is the third leading cause of death in Europe.
In 2015, 613.148 people died of stroke, producing suffering in the patients and an economic burden of 45 billion euros.
Most suffering and thereby the economic burden could be reduced if rehabilitation would be early and intense enough, thus resulting in an autonomous mobility in patients.
