SoFiA focuses on developing a cost-effective method for producing solar fuel using soap films through artificial photosynthesis. This project aims to establish foundational principles for this technology, which could significantly impact renewable energy production.
We propose a radical breakthrough by developing economically viable solar fuel production technology, exploiting the surfactant self-assembly & proton transport properties of soap films.
