SnowBall aims to enhance disaster preparedness and response by analyzing cascading effects in large disasters. It develops a Decision Support System that integrates real-time crisis monitoring and simulations to improve decision-making for emergency planners and responders.
SnowBall is a €5M STREP R&D proposal of 36 months.
