This project focuses on developing new reagents to create drug-like molecules more efficiently in early drug development stages. The technology aims to simplify the preparation of saturated N-heterocycles, which are valuable in drug discovery but challenging to synthesize.
A new class of reagents for directly accessing more drug like molecules at the early stages of drug development will be developed.
This technology is based on a new method to easily prepare saturated N-heterocycles, which have proven advantages in drug like molecules but are difficult to prepare at the early stages of lead discovery and optimization.
