This project aims to improve cancer treatment by developing small molecule ligands for targeted delivery of cytokines to tumors. It focuses on creating safe cytokine conjugates that can effectively accumulate in specific cancer types, enhancing therapeutic outcomes.
Standard of care strategies for the treatment of cancer still relies heavily on non-specific radiation- and chemotherapy.
