The SmartClouds Orbital Dynamics and Control project develops innovative methods for managing multiple spacecraft systems, focusing on low-cost and low-risk space missions. It leverages advanced technologies to create new space-based products and services, aiming to broaden access to space for various users in Europe.
This Action, entitled “SmartClouds Orbital Dynamics and Control” (SmartCloudsODC), will deliver radical new methodologies for orbital dynamics and control of multi-spacecraft systems to investigate new easy-accessible space-based products and services for Europe.
Thanks to the advanced in Miniaturised Electromechanical Systems technology, a new class of low-cost, low-risk space missions - based on multiple cooperative elements - is arising.
