This project focuses on improving energy efficiency in buildings by developing phase change materials derived from biomass. These materials can store and release thermal energy, enhancing the thermal performance of construction materials and reducing energy consumption.
Energy efficiency in buildings is a critical aspect of addressing climate change and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
To contribute to this endeavor, our research project focuses on the development and optimization of phase change materials (PCMs) derived from biomass as a sustainable solution for thermal energy storage in buildings.
