The SLA-Ready project aims to improve cloud service agreements by providing a reference model and best practices for managing cloud service contracts. It focuses on enhancing user understanding and compliance with legal and technical requirements.
Today, whilst many organisations are reliant on cloud resources, contracts for cloud services often contain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with technical & legal provisions that are inappropriate, difficult to understand &/or illegal.
