This project focuses on developing new small interfering RNA (siRNA) conjugates to improve the delivery of gene therapies for genetic skin disorders. The goal is to create efficient methods for transporting siRNAs into skin cells, enhancing their therapeutic potential.
The ability to target gene expression with nucleic acid-based therapeutics including small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) has opened up novel treatment opportunities for genetic skin disorders.
