The project SIRCAH aims to enhance animal health by supporting the International Research Consortium on Animal Health. It focuses on coordinating research efforts to develop effective disease control tools, including vaccines and diagnostics, for priority animal diseases that impact welfare and public health.
Animal diseases can cause serious social, economic and environmental damage, impact on animal welfare and in some cases directly threaten human health.
