This research investigates the impact of noise pollution on marine invertebrates, focusing on how it affects their behavior, physiology, and interactions with parasites. The study aims to provide data to help manage and mitigate the effects of underwater noise on marine ecosystems.
Noise is considered a threat to human health, causing not only annoyance or hearing impairment but also hypertension, ischemic heart disease and diabetes.
