This project explores the relationship between traditional banks and shadow banking systems, focusing on how these interactions respond to changes in monetary policy. It aims to assess risks associated with shadow banking, particularly in the context of financial stability.
This project aims to contribute to a multi-disciplinary understanding of shadow banking and banks’ interactions with it, which includes accounting, banking and macroeconomics, with the purpose to assess their response to monetary policy changes.
