This project examines how changes in land cover affect sediment transport and river morphology in modified catchments. It aims to identify critical points of sediment regime disturbance and develop strategies for better environmental management to preserve natural processes.
In a globally changing world, sediment regime disturbance has emerged as a dominant actor in the modification of river catchments.
