S4Pro focuses on enhancing data processing capabilities for satellites by developing a high-performance processing chain tailored for low-Earth orbit missions. It aims to improve onboard data handling for Earth observation and communication systems using advanced computing technologies and miniaturized hardware.
Over the last decades the number of satellites in orbit has been constantly growing and the spacecraft payload complexity and demand continuously increased.
