RurInno aims to empower social enterprises in rural areas by enhancing their skills and innovative capacity. The project focuses on providing specialized training and fostering collaboration between research institutes and social entrepreneurs to improve social innovation implementation.
RurInno acknowledges social enterprises as promising but often neglected drivers of social innovations in structurally weak rural regions that tackle social problems and stabilise and improve the living conditions in these regions.
