RULIERD aims to address conflicts between European Union law and international investment law by exploring reverse discrimination. It seeks to establish a fair legal framework that balances the interests of domestic and foreign firms in the EU market.
The RULIERD project aims to reconceptualise the hierarchy of norms of the European legal order to lessen the clash between European Union (EU) law and international investment law.
