This project investigates the dynamics of ribosomes using advanced mass spectrometry techniques. It aims to understand ribosome biogenesis and how ribosomal structures change under stress, which could lead to new antibacterial drug developments.
Ribosomes, large and dynamic particles made of RNA and proteins, are amongst the most complex macromolecular machines known to man.
