The Road2SoS project aims to advance the engineering of complex systems by developing roadmaps for integrating independent systems into a cohesive framework. It addresses critical applications such as smart grids and urban transport, focusing on optimizing performance and enhancing collaboration among various sectors.
The emerging System-of-Systems (SoS) concept describes the large scale integration of many independent self-contained systems to satisfy global needs or multiple requests.
