The REVEAL project develops a novel microscopy technique that integrates machine learning and biology to enhance live imaging of cells. It focuses on identifying and analyzing liver cell subtypes that may lead to cancer, aiming to improve understanding of cellular diversity and disease origins.
The REVEAL project aims at installing a novel microscope at the interface of instrumentation, machine learning and Biology.
This new microscopy technique will rely heavily on neural networks to be able to perceive, interpret, conjecture, infer, anticipate and act.
