RetinDR is an eye drop formulation aimed at preventing and treating diabetic retinopathy, a leading cause of blindness. It repurposes an existing drug to provide a less aggressive treatment option.
Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is the leading cause of blindness among working-aged adults.
About 93 million people worldwide and 3%-4.1% of Europeans suffer this disease.
