Reinvent aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises in the creative sectors by developing and implementing innovative business models. The project focuses on enhancing competitive advantage through empirical research and practical applications in selected SMEs.
Business model innovation has to do with inventing and implementing new models for doing business and creating value.
