Sensible is developing ReDS™, a non-invasive home monitoring system for lung fluid congestion in heart failure patients. This device allows patients to monitor their condition easily, with results processed by an AI platform that assists healthcare providers in managing treatment effectively.
Heart failure (HF) is one of the main causes of mortality and hospitalization worldwide, affecting around 26M people globally, and the most common cause of hospitalization for people over 65.
Lung fluid congestion is one of the main HF-related clinical conditions, which leads to a vicious cycle of repeated hospitalizations of HF patients.
