This project aims to enhance our understanding of biological pathways by developing computational methods to reconstruct and complete partially known networks. The focus is on metabolic and signaling pathways, identifying unknown components through data analysis.
A major challenge for current biology is to understand how bio-molecules interact and cooperate to achieve their joint cellular functions.
