This project investigates the suitability of advanced insulation materials for electric drives in aircraft, which are increasingly replacing hydraulic systems. The focus is on assessing the performance of these materials under higher voltage and switching conditions.
In the last years, the need for high power density and efficiency has become a central concern in all industrial sectors.
