This project explores the quantization of character varieties and moduli spaces using advanced algebraic techniques. It aims to produce new invariants for knots and 3-manifolds, contributing to the understanding of geometric representation theory.
We will use modern techniques in derived algebraic geometry, topological field theory and quantum groups to construct quantizations of character varieties, moduli spaces parameterizing G-bundles with flat connection on a surface.
