This project aims to introduce a Rapid Multi-Target Pathogen Detection Kit for the food safety industry. It enables quick and cost-effective detection of multiple pathogens on-site, enhancing food safety management by allowing non-specialized personnel to perform tests.

According to the European Food and Safety Authority more than 320,000 human cases of food-borne diseases caused by pathogenic micro-organisms are reported each year in Europe.
