The PYROCHAR project addresses sewage sludge disposal by developing a technology to convert sludge into biochar and synthesis gas. This solution aims to provide small municipalities with an efficient and compliant method for sludge treatment.
The PYROCHAR project brings together five SMEs and three research institutions to address the increasingly pressing issue of sewage sludge disposal in Europe.
