This project seeks to create a programmable technology for manipulating proteins, akin to CRISPR for DNA. It aims to enhance our understanding of protein functions and interactions, with potential applications in cancer treatment and drug development.
Programmable perturbation technologies such as CRISPR-Cas have transformed how we study biological systems by offering efficient and scalable methods to manipulate DNA and RNA, thereby linking genotype to phenotype.
