This project focuses on developing new small-molecule PROteolysis-TArgeting Chimerics (PROTACs) to degrade proteins involved in cancer progression. By targeting and degrading these proteins, the project aims to address drug resistance in cancer therapies, enhancing treatment efficacy while minimizing systemic exposure.
