PROSPECT aims to facilitate peer learning among local authorities to finance and implement sustainable energy initiatives. It focuses on sharing best practices and developing a comprehensive learning program across various energy sectors.
The overall aim of PROSPECT is to enable peer to peer learning in regional and local authorities in order to finance and implement sustainable energy plans.
