This project aims to establish a collaborative network of public procurers and stakeholders to enhance public procurement of innovation. By addressing barriers and needs, it seeks to empower both experienced and novice procurers through shared tools and resources.
The objective is to create a network/community/ecosystem of procurers and relevant stakeholders in PPI.
The idea is to empower all the actors involved in PPI through this network, focusing on the procurers.
We need to attract both experienced procurers and not experienced procurers if we want to succeed in this.
We will also need to analyse current barriers and needs of procurers, and then create and shared tools to facilitate PPI for all the actors involved.
