This research explores a novel method of closed-loop brain stimulation to enhance attention by leveraging cognitive conflict. It aims to develop non-invasive techniques for optimizing brain functions and improving performance through real-time adjustments based on brain activity.
I propose to adopt a novel closed-loop brain stimulation (cl-BSDS) approach to test the possibility to proactively induce optimal brain state (attention enhancement) at time t+1 knowing the brain activity-behaviour relation at time t (post-conflict adjustments).
