The project focuses on developing PRIVATETRACK, a privacy-friendly solution for counting people and detecting room occupancy using Dynamic Vision Sensor technology. It aims to enhance energy efficiency and safety in various environments while respecting privacy rights.
Growing population, ambitious EU energy efficiency goals and ever increasing safety risks need to be mitigated urgently via smarter analytics of what is happening in buildings, airports, train stations, malls (everywhere).
Part of this is the management and monitoring of people flow.
