This project develops a predictive maintenance system for machine tools, leveraging sensors and artificial intelligence to enhance operational efficiency. The system aims to reduce maintenance costs and improve machine reliability by predicting failures and facilitating timely interventions.
Cheaper and more powerful sensors, together with big data analytics, offer an unprecedented opportunity to track machine-tool performance and health condition.
