This project aims to understand the co-evolution of two reproductive strategies in wild populations: genetic polyandry and inbreeding. By developing new genetic theories and conducting empirical tests, it seeks to explain how these strategies persist despite ecological variations.
A fundamental aim in biology is to understand the (co)evolutionary dynamics of the adaptive reproductive strategies that translate ecology into evolution.
