POLINARES focuses on understanding and addressing global challenges related to access to oil, gas, and mineral resources over the next two decades. It combines theoretical and empirical analyses to identify potential sources of conflict and develop new policy frameworks for managing resource access.
POLINARES concentrates on the global challenges faced with respect to access to oil, gas and mineral resources over the next 20 years and proposes solutions for the various policy actors, including the EU.
