PLOTINA focuses on developing and implementing Gender Equality Plans in research organizations to foster a gender-aware culture. The project aims to promote career development for all researchers and create resources to support gender equality in research and teaching.
The overall objective of PLOTINA is to enable the development, implementation and assessment of self-tailored Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) with innovative and sustainable strategies for the Research Performing Organizations (RPOs) involved.
