PLEDGE explores the emotional roots of political grievances and their impact on democratic engagement. By collaborating with various stakeholders, it aims to create tools for emotionally intelligent governance that fosters pro-democratic civic participation.
Contemporary politics is angry and vengeful, with affective polarization and uncompromising antagonisms posing a significant challenge for European democracies and their governance.
