This project aims to strengthen collaboration between climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction communities. It seeks to create a network for sharing knowledge and coordinating research to enhance resilience against climate-related challenges.
Significant challenges exist towards strengthening the Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) communities for coherent, mutually reinforcing and pragmatic planning and action.
PLACARD seeks to support the coordination of these two communities.
