The PIONEERS project focuses on developing advanced instruments for planetary seismology to study the internal structures of planetary bodies. Utilizing high precision sensors, it aims to enhance our understanding of planetary formation and support asteroid resource exploration.
Planetary seismology is a key technique to image the internal structure of planetary objects, and target fundamental science objectives from the formation of planetary systems to the characterization of habitable worlds.
