PHOENICE focuses on creating a plug-in hybrid vehicle that minimizes fuel consumption and emissions in real-world driving. It employs advanced technologies such as innovative combustion methods, electrified turbocharging, and after-treatment systems to achieve near-zero emissions and enhance overall vehicle efficiency.
PHOENICE aims at developing a C SUV-class plug-in hybrid (P1/P4) vehicle demonstrator whose fuel consumption and pollutant emissions will be jointly minimized for real world driving conditions.
