PHARMAGEN focuses on improving the production of generic drugs by developing continuous manufacturing processes for active pharmaceutical ingredients. This project aims to enhance efficiency, yield, and quality, providing European manufacturers a competitive edge in the pharmaceutical market.
The motivation of PHARMAGEN stems from a recognition that bulk Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) manufacturers need to employ new synthesis routes and better manufacturing techniques for the manufacture of generics drugs.
