The Power Module Reliability project aims to enhance the reliability of power electronic modules used in aviation. It focuses on developing a robust 10kW inverter using silicon carbide technology, designed to operate in extreme temperatures while ensuring effective thermal and electrical performance.
Power Module Reliability (PEMREL) addresses the clean sky’s call “Sample PEM (Power Electronic Module) construction for testing, characterisation and manufacturability assessment.
