PATHO-LEGO aims to develop innovative strategies to combat antibiotic-resistant bacteria, specifically Pseudomonas aeruginosa. By utilizing hybrid molecules that block bacterial adhesion and recruit natural antibodies, the project seeks to enhance the effectiveness of treatments against resistant infections.
Despite the large therapeutic arsenal available to fight bacterial infections, the development of new anti-infectious strategies is a major public health concern.
