This project explores the educational experiences of young political leaders within Sweden's labour movement. By examining a leadership school affiliated with the Social Democratic Party, it investigates how these educational paths shape identity and leadership skills amidst contemporary political challenges.
Political parties are crucial in representative democracies, allowing citizens to influence political agendas and decision-making. A key aspect of this role is the education provided by parties, from orienting new members to training future leaders.
