This project investigates how digital technologies reshape public sector work and organizational structures. By analyzing different technological contexts in Belgium and Estonia, it aims to develop a framework for understanding the interplay between technology and public administration.
Digital technologies are in the centre of the ongoing industrial revolution that is bound to change not only markets, but also societies and governments.
