This is an interdisciplinary project at the interface between Mathematical Statistics, Probability and Cosmological Applications.
The principal focus is on the harmonic analysis for isotropic, mean square continuous spherical random fields, with a view to applications to Cosmic Microwave Background radiation data analysis.
