We request an Incoming International Fellowship for Dr Alexandre Andrei from the Observatório Nacional (ON) in Brazil to work at the Osservatorio Astronomico di Torino (OATo) on a research program to measure the parallaxes, hence distances, of nearby sub-stellar objects.
