The project focuses on developing organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) using a novel method for growing single crystal semiconductors. This approach aims to enhance the performance of electronic circuits by achieving high mobility in both p-type and n-type materials.
Organic field-effect transistors (0FETs) are essential building blocks for the next generation of cheap and flexible organic circuits.
Complementary logic composed of both p- and n-type OFETs with high mobility are absolutely needed to fabricate performing electronic circuits.
