This project focuses on enhancing asset management across entire plants by integrating diagnostics and control actions. It aims to improve operational efficiency through a modular approach that harmonizes component diagnostics and generates actionable insights for production and maintenance.
The first objective of the project is plant-wide application of asset management.
It lifts the focus from single-component diagnostics to a plant-wide view of both asset performance and asset condition.
Secondly, because di-agnostics need to result in actions, diagnostic information (asset information) is used to generate control actions.
